FESTIVAL RULES

STEWART COUNTY, TENNESSEE

 1.  No firearms are allowed within the park boundary.
 
 2.  No generators or other loud machinery are allowed.
 
 3.  All entries for booths and other spaces must be received no later
     than 5 days prior to the beginning of the festival; otherwise,
     booths and other spaces will not be guaranteed.
 
 4.  All entry fees must be received no later than 5 days prior to the
     beginning of the festival. All entry fees are non refundable.
 
 5.  Booths and/or space assignments will be determined at the sole
     discretion of the Chamber, generally on a first come, first served
     basis. Consideration will be given to special request, however, due
     to limited space and an ever-increasing number of applicants, no
     guarantees in this reguard can be made.
 
 6.  Quiet time will be observed each night from 11:00 p.m. until 6:00
     a.m.
 
 7.  Security will be provided, however, the Chamber is not responsible
     for lost or stolen items.
 
 8.  Electrical hookups for applicant booths, stands and/or rides will be
     provided to applicants who have requested such in their
     application. No electrical hookups will be guaranteed for RVs,
     campers, etc.
 
 9.  Each applicant will be responsible for keeping their booth,
     stand and/or ride in a neat, clean and orderly manner at all times
     during the festival, and for cleaning up in their booth, stand and/or
     ride area after the festival.
 
10. These rules may be changed without prior notice at any time by
     the Chamber in its sole discretion.
 
11. Failure to abide by these or any other rulees of the Chamber, the
     Town of Dover, or Stewart County may result in the applicant
     being asked to leave the festival.
 
12. Applicants are responsible for all furnishings and materials,
     including tables, etc., necessary for their booths, stands and/or
     rides.
 
13. The Chamber reserves the right to refuse any application and to
     require the applicant to leave the festival prior to the end of the
     festival.
 
14. If requested, the applicant must furnish the Chamber with proof of
     Insurance.
 
15. Setup may begin at 11:00 a.m. on the beginning day of the
     festival, or at such other time as may be determined by the
     Chamber. All applicants must vacate their area no later than 6:00
     p.m. on the last day of the festival, September 19, 2004.
